Often these feelings bring about positive action from ourselves to move forwards, where we overcome things without much help and assistance. But at other times, events can be almost overwhelming, painfully so and we feel “stuck,” isolated and unhappy.
Finding The Answer has been set up to assist people become “unstuck” and move forwards and on through the difficult unpleasant, feelings and issues encounter in our lives. To better days and a happier, healthier future, naturally and safely.

About Ieuan Williams
Ieuan is a dedicated, caring man who always finds time to listen and help others. He is an experienced ambulance crewman counsellor and therapist. He was a member of the British Army for 22 years, often deploying to war zones which have given him experience from challenges few would voluntarily face.
Since assisting the people of Omagh in 1999 he has applied himself even more to helping people through difficult, challenging times to better days ahead. He’s easy to talk to and he’s human, with a sense of humour, which is invaluable at difficult times.
He is very aware that the knowledge and skills he has acquired would have made his own life so much easier at times but he says, he lives and learns as we all. He wants to help people be happier and healthier using safe, natural therapies.
Ieuan is a highly qualified and experienced Advanced Hypnotherapist,Crisis and Trauma Counsellor. He is registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register and Academy of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and adheres to their codes of ethics.
He has had extensive training in Advanced Hypnotherapy and personally trained with international expert and author, Valerie Austin, “American Council of Hypnotist Examiners” Instructor and Mary Lines Director of Training for The Academy of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy to name a few.
He is a qualified Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, a Member of The Institute Of Counselling and an Accredited Member of the Counselling Society. He’s completed many courses with Neil Morrison the Director of the Institute Of Counselling and been tutored by William Stewart, a highly respected counselling tutor, supervisor and author.
He trained as a Thought Field Therapist with Sheila Waye of TFT (Wales) and is a member of The Association Of Thought Field Therapy.
He’s currently a volunteer for Swansea NHS Trust, Crisis and Trauma Major Incident Counselling Team, an area of expertise he has a great deal of experience in..
Ieuan is a great believer in continuous professional development and attends various workshops with accredited trainers to keep up to date with the latest techniques. He’s used to dealing with confidential and sensitive matters and has worked with many high profile individuals.
He’s collaborated with Therapy House therapists and psychotherapists based in Londonderry, N Ireland since the Omagh bomb killed and injured friends in 1999.
