On request I will be able to do Mobile visits to a Group and give a talk/ demonstration for a small fee (travelling expenses)
I have visited the Young at Heart Associations - Rotarians - McMillian Cancer Support and a local Heart Foundation
I have co-organized quite a few 'Health and Holistic Events' raising funds for Charity i.e.'Ty Hafan Childrens Hospice' and 'Y Bwthyn '
I am on-going with my training - I have just completed all modules on the Emmett -Tech Practioner Course and I am now Quailifed to practise Emmett

If you are a little concerned about this warming rhythmic treatment that is maybe a little too intense for your liking as it kneads the knots and tension in your body (even thought it is beneficail) you can choise between

Specially blended Essential Oils will be applied over the muscles then by working the Warm Bamboo sticks over the tight and painful areas you will feel the muscles relax to a deeper level as the 'Tension and Tightness' melts away

A Facial is a cosmetic pamper treatment of the face which involved a variety of skin treatments which includes:- Cleanser - Toner - Fresh Fruit and Essential Oil Massage
The benefit of Fresh Fruit is that it has no additives so does not cause an adverse effect on any skin type, for example 'Avocados' contain deep penetrating vegetable oil this is perfect for dry/mature skin added to 'Bio-Yoghurt' which is a gentle cleaner and helps to sooth and soften the skin while tightening fine wrinkes and refining pores.
This treatment encourages the Lymphatic drainage and helps to remove the waste and toxin which can cause puffiness of the face
Once the Fresh Fruit has been applied a gentle relaxing foot or hand massage is carried out, if required a gentle Head Massage
