Cumbria Therapies is based in a ground floor suite on the edge of Carlisle city centre. A range of therapies and support is on offer to individuals through private consultation with a team of well qualified therapists.
We pride ourselves on providing a discreet, quality, confidential service.
An extended range of services and employee assistance programs (EAPs) are available to local businesses and organisations via our support company Esk Consulting.

Our Therapies
Our aim is to provide professional, reliable, high quality therapies with full support and follow up advice for you. Our Carlisle centre provides a discreet, relaxing environment where you can consult with members of our team.
Many new clients are not sure which therapy would be best for them or which therapy might help with a given ailment. This is not surprising given the array of complementary therapies available. Please feel free to call us or email us (without obligation) and we'll do our best to advise you. If we think you should consult your doctor prior to attending based on your medical history then we will encourage you to do this as your heath, safety and speedy recovery are our priorities.
With more than 16 therapists now consulting at our centre in Carlisle - and many of them practising more than one therapy - the range of therapies available is extensive.
Every therapist who works here is interviewed and has their qualifications and insurance checked prior to joining the team. Many of them are already professional health or care workers, for example, registered nurses or social care workers. This ensures we are working to strict codes of ethics. We all attend regular professional meetings and further training so our practice is up to date.
We divide our therapies into two notional groups: 'Talking Therapies and 'Body Energy Therapies'. We also offer Life and Performance Coaching - not so much therapies but one-to-one training to help you get the most out of life.
