Pam is qualified in many bodywork, energy and meditation techniques.She is studying homeopathy and makes a range of chakra, colour and spiritual essences. Originally Pam taught in a Comprehensive school but after having children she studied in order to teach dyslexic children, as her son is severely dyslexic. She feels passionate about empowering young people to see that their learning styles are differences and not disabilities. Her son obtained a 2.1 at university recently! She then went on to study complementary therapies and learn about energy flow. She studied Feng Shui, Nutrition and Space Clearing but when her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and she became ill herself she decided to study more formally. Over the past 9 years she has qualified in Reiki to Master/Teacher level, Colour Therapy, Infinite Balance, Anatomy and Physiology, Swedish Massage, Advanced Massage Techniques, Hot Stone Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Aroma-therapeutic Facials, Hopi Ear Candles, Energy Medicine with Donna Eden and Theta Healing basic and advanced. She has Full Enhanced Police Disclosure which allows her to work with the young as well as full insurance cover with Professional Beauty. At present she is in the final year of a four year course studying Shamanic Homeopathy, Chinese medicine and Essences. Her own health challenges with Fibromyalgia and Fatigue which she has overcome, have enabled her to experience first-hand the restorative and supporting benefits of all of the therapies that she now offers. These therapies are safe and non invasive. They are also complementary with allopathic medicine.
CHARGES: £35 per hour for all therapies except for facials which are £40.
An initial homeopathy consultation is £50 and usually last 90 minutes.Consultations thereafter are charged at £35 per hour.

Pam’s Therapies:
Massage
Pam is trained in a number of massage therapies including Swedish, Deep tissue, No Hands and Hot Stone massage which all help to move toxins out of muscle, to relax and unwind the mind and generally de-stress.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage or MLD is specifically targeted at patients with cancer or those who have oedema because lymph nodes have been removed. It is extremely gentle and delicate but wonderfully soothing and relaxing as well as very beneficial for health.
Indian Head Massage specifically targets the head, scalp and neck and shoulders where most of us store tension. The face is gently massaged and marma points pressed to drain lymph and release tension particularly in the TMJ,
Hot Stone massage is an all round favourite. Wonderfully nurturing, soothing hot basalt stones work into tense, sore muscles relaxing and soothing tired bodies and minds. The warmth allows the muscles to let go of stress and tension and allows the full absorption of the healing properties of the essential oils to penetrate and moisturise the skin. You leave feeling calm and grounded.
Aroma-Therapeutic Facial Massage incorporates deep cleanse, scrub, tone, clay/mud mask and lymphatic drainage massage of face, neck and shoulders using specially blended natural oils, hydrolats and creams suitable for individual skin types. It is nurturing and anti-aging.
Reflexology is good for promoting over all good health. Reflex points on the feet are gently massaged and energy blockages are released allowing the body to be restored to a balanced state.
Reiki is a gentle non invasive therapy working with the energy centres of the body, the chakras and meridians, to promote balance and harmony on every level. “Rei” is universal energy and “ki” is our own life force energy. Pam lays on hands on various points on the body and acts as a channel for an input of pure energy accelerating the body’s natural ability to heal physical and emotional ailments and disease. It is safe and natural and works with many other therapies. Pam has worked with Reiki for nearly ten years and can teach and attune people to use it.
Hopi Ear Candles
Hopi Ear Candles is used as a modern alternative to ear syringing. It helps to relieve headaches, sinus problems, migraines, rhinitis,, tinnitus, hay fever, chronic colds and excessive ear wax build up. A massage of the head, scalp, neck and shoulders is also part of the treatment. Energetically it helps with over worry, stress, anxiety and insomnia.
Infinite Balance
Infinite Balance is another gentle non invasive energy treatment which allows energetic alignment to take place. It particularly helps physical relaxation in the skeletal, muscular and nervous systems as well as deep psychological relaxation. It is particularly useful for deep seated physical and emotional pain and is helpful in speeding post surgery recovery.
Colour Therapy
Colour Therapy heals with the visible spectrum of seven colours. Each colour is connected to the chakras and is used to balance and energise the individual. It is a form of vibrational medicine. Pam’s natural intuitive abilities allow her to tune in to the patient and she will use massage, crystals, sound, lights, solarised waters, oils, meditations, homeopathy and essences to create more flow and balance.
Energy Medicine
Energy Medicine is where the client is taught self help energy techniques involving the chakras and meridians to create good health in their own lives. It is very empowering and easy to learn allowing someone to learn about their own energy flow and take control of their own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. EFT (Emotional Feedom Technique) may be suggested as a tool to use every day to help the client develop an awareness of emotional blocks and a greater relationship with their physical body and the inter-relationship of the two. Simple energy/ muscle testing techniques are used.
Shamanic Homeopathy
Shamanic Homeopathy is a non classical form of homeopathy. Pam will take a full consultation and will tune into your energy to sense where any blocks may originate and will send healing to that area. She may use shamanic techniques that she intuits may be helpful. She will then suggest remedies, herbs and essences that may be of help in your healing journey. This is a form of natural energy healing that can bring emotional, mental and spiritual blocks to the surface. She will always help and mentor you should you need this.
Theta Healing
Theta Healing is a form of healing founded by Vianna Stibal whereby the practitioner by digging questioning and energy testing gets to the root cause of the problem of their client (be it emotional, physical or mental) and then uses a form of meditation using the Theta waves of the brain to tap into the power of the Creator of All That Is (or Universal Life Force) to help the person heal. A kind of modern day shamanism. The client is energy tested using simple techniques to see if a shift has occurred. Links can be made and an awareness of the root limiting belief, or root emotional block can cause a healing to take place and energy to flow once more. It is safe, quick, effective and empowering for the client.
Bespoke treatments are available whereby Pam lead by the client, can use any of her skill set and knowledge to help them with their own healing journey.
