I am a fully qualified and insured Homeopath, Life Coach, Wellness Coach, NLP Practitioner.
My mission is for you to enjoy your life in the healthiest, happiest possible way.
The keyword in health is balance, whenever there are emotional issues (such as anxiety, low mood, frustration, anger, feeling of stuckness) or physical complaints (such as fatigue, digestive disturbance, recurrent colds, heart palpitations, irregular/painful menstrual cycles) there is imbalance in the system.
We work together to create balance and maintain it to enable you to move forward in your life however you choose.
Essentially I help you to:
- Get healthy (emotionally and/or physically through natural remedial support and coaching/NLP)
- Stay healthy (management of lifestyle and supplements/natural remedies where necessary – Wellness coaching/homeopathy)
- Move forward (helping you to set and achieve life inspired goals)
I take a holistic view of you as an individual and use my skills (Homeopathy, Life Coaching, Wellness Coaching & NLP) wherever appropriate and as agreed together.

Package offer '5 for the price of 4' £400 (£80 each appointment)
All homeopathy appointments are 1 hour at a cost of £80.00 (usually once a month)
