Karen M. Oldcorn is teaching and practising Reflexology Massage Relaxation techniques and Hypnotherapy as she has done for 19 Years in the Falkirk area. The loyal clientbase she has built up includes 3 ladies over 80yrs who benefit from pain relief through Regular Reflexology say they sleep better and have Decreased medication over several years. Some clients believe Karens Healing Hands are responsible for their ability to get pregnant! Or treat Sciatica! Not true says Karen clients mainly gain; Better sleep Loosen muscles Increase Mobility Ease the aches and pains of age including Arthritis and Help Slow down and Relax the Body and Mind in our fast and furious world.
Staff at the Forth Valley Health Board asked Karen some years ago to Initiate Stress managment for schoolteachers. Falkirk Council and ladies at Arthritis Care have enjoyed many of Karens relaxing workshops as has the Red Cross where some form of Massage was learnt in a Fun atmosphere.
Scottish Water and Redeem the Recycler utilise Karens skills as part of their Employee Stress Management program.
Karen is busy but manages to take timeout to play Badminton and enjoy her life with Paul Her gentle Giant!
