PRIVATE YOGA AND PILATES AT YOUR HOME OR OFFICE
Welcome to Breathe Yoga and PilatesBREATHE IS THE PREMIER SOURCE FOR LONDON'S TOP YOGA AND PILATES TEACHERS.
About Us Breathe will send you the perfect teacher for your private yoga or Pilates lessons wherever and whenever it suits you.
Since we started in 2000 we have organised thousands of appointments for hundreds of clients, so there is nobody more experienced at finding you exactly the right teacher.
Robin will spend as long as you need on the phone to discuss what would like to achieve and how you'd like to achieve it. We will talk about what you need to nourish your body and mind, what you enjoy doing and any particular requirements. You choose the time and place and then we choose a teacher who is ideally qualified to help you.
You pay a flat rate of only £70 per hour, so whether you prefer a one-on-one or you want to share your class with family, friends or colleagues, the cost is the same regardless of location or group size.
There is no minimum time commitment, and you can always cancel an appointment without charge as long as you give your teacher twenty-four hours notice.
All Breathe teachers are fully qualified, fully insured and have been personally interviewed and sampled by Robin or Emma, so you can rest assured that you won't find better (or nicer) teachers anywhere else.
We have been enjoyed and recommended by Harpers and Queen, The Sunday Express, Time Out, The Evening Standard, Marie Claire, OK Magazine, London Living, Fabric and The Ham and High.

Treatments At Breathe we also offer wonderful treatments to soothe, relax and pamper you:
The healing power of touch has been used for thousands of years. Experience the luxury of a full body oil massage to relieve physical, mental and emotional stress. The perfect way to unwind.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, releasing chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles not with the grain.
Sometimes called "yoga for lazy people", passive yoga stretches are used to release tension and realign the body while energy points and lines are massaged with gentle pressure to release toxins, increase energy flow and rejuvenate and rebalance your body and mind.
Essential oils are vital substances which capture the very essence of nature, and your emotional, mental and physical balance can be restored and maintained through the use of these oils. Specific oils are blended to harmonise with how you are currently feeling and how you would like to feel. These can be applied in a luxurious full body massage or blends can be made up to be used by you in your bath or burner. The oils are chosen either through an initial consultation or as a result of imbalances discovered during other massage treatments or yoga.
Shiatsu is an ancient Japanese bodywork technique that stimulates and balances the body's energy (Qi) using a combination of massage, stretching and pressure to the whole body and to specific energy points. It is traditionally given on a soft mat on the floor through loose clothing. Shiatsu works at a much deeper level than regular massage as it follows the powerful principles of Chinese medicine in order to treat and prevent ill health. Treatments generally last an hour and can be strong and dynamic and/or very soft, gentle and supportive.
Pressure points on the feet are used to harmonise the body's systems, release toxins, increase energy flow and enable total relaxation. This treatment is particularly useful for stress related problems as well as digestive, respiratory and hormonal imbalances.
Healing energy is gently channelled using a series of non-intrusive hand positions. This enables a state of total relaxation and facilitates healing on all levels. Usually a treatment will last about 75 minutes.
