Pregnancy and postnatal massage
Helps the mother-to-be relax and adjust to the physiological changes her body goes through including recovery from the birth experience. It is safe and nurturing. Benedetta also teaches labour massage techniques for birth partners.
Relaxing massages to counteract stress
If you’re suffering from stress, tension headaches or sense of general ill-being, one or a combination of these techniques can work wonders: therapeutic/Swedish massage, hot stone massage, Indian head massage.
