I have trained widely in the field of Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Mediation and am therefore equipped to offer whatever is appropriate to your individual situation and requirements.
You may wish personal, relationship or family support or Executive/Employee Counselling or Mediation.
You may wish help with Stress Management, Self-Esteem, Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management, Work-Related Stress, Divorce, Family or Workplace Disputes, Work-Related Stress or some other aspect of life. Everyone is different!
Clients are from all over Ayrshire and Glasgow and even sometimes from other areas of Scotland.
How can I help
Each client is treated very much as an individual and your sessions will be suited to your own needs and aims. Sessions may be arranged on a short, long term, or occasional basis, as and when required. Appointments are available Monday to Friday during the day and early evening.

Couple Counselling can help by providing:
- Time together away from home to focus on your relationship and explore difficulties in a safe and friendly place.
By assisting you to:
- Clarify how you think, feel and react.
- Understand how family values, culture, religion and philosophy of life affect the relationship.
- Reflect on how the past operates in the present.
- Explore how arguments and rows seem to escalate in the same way each time
By supporting you as you learn how to:
- Listen and understand more about each other.
- Communicate in an easier and more effective way.
- Resolve conflicts without hurting each other.
- Negotiate difficult decisions.
I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist. I am also a member of BACP, COSCA, NRHP and NCH and have a BA in Social Sciences with Honours in Psychology and Politics.
My main professional qualifications are the European Certificate in Psychotherapy, which qualifies me to practise in any EU country, and the Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I continue to learn and keep abreast of research. I am from a business background and am interested in law. In 2006 I gained a Certificate in Employment Law.
