Rosemary Cole is a qualified and experienced Reflexologist. She believes passionately in her therapy and its benefits. She is a Member of the Association of Reflexologists and follows their Code of Practice and Ethics. Rosemary is also trained in the Emotional Freedom Technique. What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a gentle, holistic healing technique based on the principle that reflex areas on the feet and hands correspond to all parts of the body. It has been used in Egypt, China and India since ancient times. Reflexology is a safe, non-invasive therapy and its positive benefits can be enjoyed by anyone of any age. It aims to complement mainstream medicine and may be used alongside it.

How does Reflexology Work?
Pressure is applied to specific areas on the feet triggering a release of stress and tension in the corresponding area of the body. The release of tension unblocks nerve impulses, improves blood supply to all parts of the body and stimulates the body’s innate healing capacity.
About the Treatment Session
The treatment session lasts about 50 minutes. Your first session will last a little longer as it begins with a free consultation to gain an understanding of your general health. This helps in the planning of your treatment, which is tailored to suit your individual needs.
Gentle pressure is applied to the whole of the foot area in a unique way. The treatment is relaxing and soothing, although there may be momentary discomfort in some reflexes. This is an indication of tension or imbalance in a corresponding part of the body.
Typically clients find the treatment therapeutic and express relief from pain and tension. They feel totally relaxed and a sense of calm.
Some clients use the therapy as a form of relaxation, to harmonise and maintain the body’s equilibrium.

Natural Face Lift Massage
This is a 'face lift', sometimes known as facial rejuvenation, without surgery. It combines Japanese and Indian facial massage, acupressure and reflexology techniques. This wonderful, relaxing massage works by toning and tightening the facial muscles and over time wrinkles will appear finer . After a treatment you will look refreshed and relaxed as though you have been on holiday. Ideal treatment to have leading up to a special occasion such as a wedding, birthday or anniversary when you want to look your best.
