Something that has remained very special to me which was a Rose quartz, this was my turing point. After several Reiki treatments i felt so alive, calm, confident and in control. It was like exiting from a dark hole into a bright warm light. At this stage i suddenly knew that i would one day also become a Reiki Master, i did all my Reiki courses with Christine who has also become a good friend as well as my Therapist & Reiki Master / Teacher. Two years ago Christine moved to Le Marche Italy and set up a Place called Shambala Retreat where i completed my Reiki and became a Reiki Teacher. I took over Christine's business doing the Holistic & Reiki treatments. I then set up my business closer to home because of family illnesses. Even through illness and family commitments i have not stopped caring for people, carrying out my Therapy treatments and i am going from strength to strength. Never in a million years did i dream that i would be capable of being my own boss and help improve other peoples lives. I feel very humble and grateful, and have grate deal of gratitude for the help i recieved from Christine. "Life has never been so good", i am still in contact with Christine and Peter and visit them regularly at Shambala Retreat for Christines Reiki and Holistic treatments which helps me keep on top of things. I would like to thank Peter for not chasing me back up that long corridor i was so much dreading going down, Christine who showed me compassion and did not judge me. And finally letting me be apart of my family again.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is an holistic therapy with the use of essential oils for wellbeing and relaxation to restore good health, relief from pain and the rejuvenation of tired and achy muscles, and help stimulate the body's own healing process. The essential oils are blended to individual needs, which are established through a consultation.
Hot Stone Therapy Massage
Hot stone therapy is where hot basalt stones help relieve pain and discomfort of the muscles and improve energy and health, enhancing the mind body and spirit. The stones are formed from a concentration of minerals and crystals that give out a vibrational energy to help restore good health.
Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient form of therapy based on the principle that the reflexes on the feet relate to the functions in the body and every organ and can be likened to a mirror image of your body. Reflexology is an Holistic therapy which means we are treating the mind, body and spirit. By gentle massage and slight pressure techniques to the feet, we are stimulating the body's own healing energy thus giving an effect of relaxation and a feeling of well being and relief of stress and tension.
Reiki
Reiki is a channelling energies. The energy is transmitted simply by placing hands either on or above the body. We do not diagnose with Reiki, rather we understand the body to be in a state of balance or imbalance. Reiki is a universal, life giving energy and can be used for all purposes, conditions and situations. The treatment can be used at any time and any place to help remove negative energies and helps remove toxins from the body.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a hands on treatment of the upper body. This Includes a complete treatment of the upper body, shoulder, neck, scalp and face. This stimulates the senses helping you to relax and escape. The treatment balances the body chakras relieving pressure and soothes tension. The Therapy helps you to breathe more easily, stand and move more freely. By using a variety of massage movements, blood and lymphatic circulation is improved along with joints and muscles. Indian head massage is a most soothing and relaxing treatment. The oils can be used for certain conditions or as a massage cream.
Hopi Candling
The ear candle acts as a chimney creating a vibration of moving air rising up through the candle therefore gently massaging the eardrum. Hopi ear candling has both psychological and physical benefits and can help with many conditions i.e circulation, sore throats, tinnitus, migraine, snoring, colds & flu, sinus congestion, pressures / pain of flying - glue ear (with GP consent) and much more.
Air Brush Tanning
Amber Mist, a revolutionary new way of applying a streak free, natural looking false tan. The tan is Aloe Vera based and contains DHA which acts with the amino acids of the body to produce the finished colour of the tan. The tan takes 8 hours to fully develop, can be washed off after 8 hours. Prior to treatment exfoliation under a shower is recommended, no perfume spray, deodorants or moisturizers are to be used 24 hours prior to being tanned.
Reiki Attunements
Reiki attunements can only be carried out by reiki masters. Reiki attunements are carried out over two days with a manual and certificate given and support with reiki meetings.
