About David
David Taylor is a coach, change agent and speaker.
A graduate of the Coach University Training programme, member of the International Coach Federation and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management. He has learned a variety of Integral approaches to support individuals to create positive change in their personal and business lives. This learning draws on a variety of sources from Western and Eastern traditions, including working in Peru with the teachers and shamans from the Q'ero Indians who live in the high Andes Mountains. This experience has enabled him to develop a unique Integral format in his coaching.
As a coach he has coached a variety of individuals to achieve results in relationships, finance, career development, business, leadership and finding their direction in life. He has also developed and run programmes for groups of people looking to stretch their boundaries and grow.
He is a founder member of the Alchemists’ Foundation; a Community Interest Company that aims to raise aspiration, inspire and create a platform for action that creates change in people, business and communities. David has spoken on creativity, learning, motivation for success and leadership development at events in the UK, China, the Emirates and in Eastern Europe. He also facilitates Open Space, World Cafe and Action Learning events. He is co-author of Alchemy in a Shoebox.
