Thank for visiting my site,
I first discovered the benefits of counseling and hypnotherapy over twenty years ago, at that time I felt lost in my life. Little did I know at that time that I was taking the first tender steps of my own healing process. This would eventually lead me to my purpose in life as a mind, body & spirit therapist and teacher. Since that time, I have been on a journey of self discovery and along the way I have learnt many different way to heal others and myself. From counseling, hypnotherapy, NLP, life coaching spiritual healing and holistic therapies.
I first trained in spiritual healing in 1997 at the SAGB and with the NFSH. I then went on to study hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and NLP and qualified in 2000. Since this time, I have continued my own personal & spiritual development and added long the way life coaching and holistic therapies to my list of skills. I have run a busy private practice since 2000 and have worked with children in care as well. I facilitate workshops in personal & spiritual development and have client all over the world.
