Land, buildings, homes and workplaces can carry history and energetic impressions of both events and people who have lived there. This is not always an issue, but it can be when trauma or past events have caused the energy to become chaotic in nature. They create energy tracings, or recordings, which can in themselves, draw in further chaotic energy. Like-wise, modern technology and electro-magnetic frequencies can further compromise the flow.

Energy field healing (EFH) can prove invaluable as a tool to reinstate balance, warmth and harmony within your home or workplace, and potentially restore your sense of well being too.
Clients may choose from a variety of Holistic treatments, depending on their particular presenting problems: from a relaxing Swedish massage to a therapeutic/remedial/deep tissue massage for specific soft tissue injury, pain or imbalance. I believe in an integrated approach to healing, and if the client is open to this, I may use a number of treatment styles within a course of treatments. All treatments are individual to suit the needs of the client. Alternatively, clients may wish only to receive only one type of treatment e.g. Reflexology.
