About Joined-Up Therapies
We offer a range of bodywork therapies, specific to individual clients and tailored to your needs. We only offer treatments which we know to be effective in treating a range of health and injury issues. These are backed up with excellent additional knowledge, gained from personal interest and academic study outside the area of complementary therapy.
Therapies currently on offer include:-
* KORE Therapy: a combination of Western and Eastern techniques combine to address imbalances in your body, whether muscular, digestive, structural or caused by stress. We have found that this treatment works very effectively on both recent health problems and pain but also on long-standing conditions which have not responded to other treatments.
* Hydrotherm massage: lie on warm water filled cushions and receive a wonderfully relaxing massage. As we are in the business of fixing health and injury issues we can offer this as a remedial or sports massage, as well as for relaxation
* ULTIMATE DE-STRESS: we have devised this treatment, using a combination of KORE Therapy and Hydrotherm, to give you the de-stress treatment of a lifetime.
