A range of different movements including application of deep kneading and compression movements over the nect, shoulder and scalp areas. In addition, genetle stimulate and stroke pressure points are applied to the face and head, combined using Reiki.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is based on similar principles to acupuncture and some types of massage - that our bodies are mapped by channels of energy, or "qi" (pronounced "chee'); we feel pain, or generally unwell, when the flow of that energy is blocked in some way. By putting pressure on one part of these channels, the reflexologist sends an impulse or message all the way along it, which unblocks it and encourages the energy to flow freely again.

CODE OF ETHICS
Reiki / Angelic Reiki / Colour Therapy
* All Reiki therapy, Colour Mirrors therapy, Holistic Treatments are considered to be complementary therapy and not a replacement for traditional primary or emergency treatment.
* All Reiki therapy will aim to empower the client.
* I will use Reiki instinctively as guided by intuition or as specified by the client prior to the session. The client will accept that a Reiki session can have a range of effects including the sensation of heat, cold, emotional shift and emotional surfacing. The client accepts that they may experience a range of feelings and emotions.
* A consultation may be carried out prior to any holistic/complementary treatments and a treatment plan may be discussed if appropriate. An explanation of the possible effects and reactions will also be included.
* I reserve the right to ask for a GP letter prior to the therapy sessions and the client will accept that this may delay their treatment.
* All clients are equal and will be treated with respect.
* As a therapist I will be professional, open minded, honest and remain non-judgmental.
* I will suggest the client contact a qualified professional if appropriate e.g. health.
* If multiple sessions are required, this will be discussed with the client and proceed only with the clients permission.
* The purpose of multiple sessions will be explained fully to the client so that they are fully aware of their treatment plan before the treatments commence.
* During a multiple course of treatments the fee will be on a 'per session' basis.
* Any payment for treatments will be discussed prior to the therapy.
* During a course of multiple treatments I reserve the right to withdraw any further treatments and request that the client refer to a Doctor.
*If at any time I feel unable to continue the therapy, I will withdraw tactfully.
* I cannot guarantee to remove or cure conditions permanently.
* I will not knowingly treat minors without permission from a guardian/parent.
* If feelings, images, sounds or messages are experienced during a therapy I will relay them to the client tactfully and in their entirety. However, this will be with the clients permission.
