I am the longest established & most experienced HypnoBirthing Practitioner in the South West of Scotland & bring a wealth of experience to the role being a HypnoBirthing Mum myself, (so i know, firsthand, exactly how to use the techniques, not just ‘in theory’) Doula, Happiest Baby Instructor & I’m also about to finish training to become a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, (a big consideration in picking your HypnoBirthing Practitioner). I am absolutely passionate about empowering women to have the best possible birth experience.

I am the most experienced & longest established practitioner in the South West of Scotland. I have a wealth of experience in the childbirth education arena & most importantly I am a 'HypnoMum' myself! Read on to find out why my classes are 'THE ONES TO HAVE' in the West of Scotland.
I became interested in HypnoBirthing® several years ago when friends had done the course and had wonderful births.
I later went on to do the course myself & had a fabulous birth experience with my own son which inspired me to train as a practitioner and go on to become a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
I am committed to promoting natural birth and to empower mothers to have a positive birth experience in a calm, satisfying and stress free manner.
As a HypnoBirthing® Mum myself I have first hand experience of the process from beginning to end, not just 'in theory.'
I work as a HypnoBirthing® Practitioner & Doula, Happiest Baby Instructor & soon to be fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and live with my husband and baby boy in Alloway.
