This is added at the end of your Colonic Hydrotherapy Treatment to help good bacteria to thrive and create a healthy colon environment for optimum health and well-being. (Alternatively, you can take a course of Probiotic Capsules following your Treatment Session) – Ask your therapist about these options.
Coffee Enema £15
A special organic coffee enema blend can be added following a course of colonics as part of an overall detoxification plan to help purge the liver to release toxins. This is a very effective and energising treatment.
Wheatgrass Shot £15
A shot of pure organic wheatgrass may be added as a retention enema at the end of your treatment to provide a nutritional boost as well as being very alkalising to the body.
What is Colon Hydrotherapy?
Colon hydrotherapy also known as Colonic Irrigation is a safe and effective method of cleansing the colon by gently flushing with warm filtered water under very low pressure. It aims to remove encrusted faecal matter, gas and mucus which in turn allows vital nutrients to be absorbed more easily and leaves you feeling rejuvenated and healthier. Colonics can also help re-tone & reshape the colon. The ideal transit time of food through the body is 18-24 hours. On average in the UK it currently takes 60 hours for men and 70 hours for women.
How Does it Work?
The colonic treatment stimulates bowel activity by using the body’s natural nerve and muscular response mechanisms, so is essentially a natural treatment. By using the body’s natural nerve and muscular activity colonic hydrotherapy may help to tone and exercise the bowel, thus aiding the evacuation of waste both during and after treatment. The treatment uses a special machine that has specific controls to maintain a comfortable water temperature and pressure throughout the treatment with built in water filters. Specialised treatment and massage techniques are used to ensure optimum results.
Why would I ever need to clean my colon? Isn’t it enough to just go to the bathroom?
Unfortunately in 90% of cases just going to the toilet is not enough. You might wonder: “Why?”
Because our “modern lifestyles” are completely unnatural and this leads to a build up of toxic waste in our bodies that accumulates over the years. In this 21st Century it is reported that our body can handle 1 million toxins per day which is truly amazing in itself but unfortunately latest research suggest that we are being exposed to 2.1 million toxins per day. Auricular acupuncture has origins within traditional Chinese medicine, and the 5 point protocol was pioneered in the 1970s by Dr Michael Smith of the Lincoln Hospital in New York. The treatment focuses on five specific acupuncture points in the ears.

Hot Stone Full Body Massage

Hot stone therapy goes beyond the physical experience of typical massage and enters deeper dimensions of relaxation.
Hot stone therapy combines traditional and Swedish massage with the use of smooth, volcanic basalt stones, which are applied to the body as an extension of the therapist’s hands.
The warmth of these heated stones combined with warm essential oils penetrates muscles and balances the nervous system like no other treatment.

This effective Eastern therapy works on both a physical and emotional level. Using blended pure essential oils to meet your needs massage is applied to the back, shoulders, arms, neck, head and face. Iridology Consultation

A non-invasive health assessment!
The eyes are often described as the windows to our soul. When we look at people’s eyes, we can often determine whether people are lying, whether they are angry or whether they are in love. We often can tell whether people are tired or not feeling well because the eyes will appear dull or lack the usual sparkle when people are not in the best of health. The eye is not only the window to our soul; the eye is a map to our body.
Iridology or iris diagnosis as it is often called is a method used in alternative medicine to analise the health status by studying colours, marks and signs in the iris, pupil, and sclera of the eye.
By examining the eye, the Iridologist is able to determine a person’s overall state of health and wellbeing as well as any inherited weaknesses you may have. Assessment can help to indicate conditions a person has the potential to develop, if they neglect their health. Toxicity in the body and certain food intolerance and nutritional deficiencies can also be indicated. Iridology can be seen as a preventative tool helping you to understand and optimise your health to its fullest potential.
Reflexology (includes a revitalising salt scrub & foot soak)

This is a very gentle and relaxing treatment to the feet. Firstly, your feet enjoy a refreshing aromatherapy salt scrub foot soak and cleanse. We then apply a nourishing cream mask to the feet & lower legs to nourish and hydrate. A gentle but firm pressure offers an enjoyable experience for even the most sensitive of feet.
Our feet have tiny reflex points which are mirror images of our entire body’s systems. When these reflex points are stimulated any blockages and imbalances are released encouraging the body to heal and restore the free flow of energy (chi) to the whole body.

Warm cotton parcels of buckwheat are used with varying techniques and degrees of pressure to eliminate tension in the muscles and allow the massage therapist to perform very deep work without causing any pain or discomfort to the client. Thermal Auricular Therapy (ear candling)

Relax and release with a choice of Hopi and Canadian ear candles.
This is a natural clearance therapy for treating problems associated with the ears, nose and throat as well as having an extremely relaxing and calming affect on the whole body. It is a completely safe and relaxing treatment which is gentle enough to use on children. The ‘candle’ is a hollow tube, made from natural therapeutic ingredients including essential oils and herbs for their cleansing, calming and purification properties.
